After submitting payment, new members please fill out the OLSC application form below.

Under IRS rules, membership dues or donations you pay to OLSC qualify as a charitable contribution. To deduct a charitable contribution, you must file Form 1040 and itemize deductions on Schedule A (Form 1040).
