Hello OLSC,
Thank you to the OLSC volunteers that helped pass out food at the Veteran’s Association Food Distribution in Oceanside this past Friday. This marks the 6th month that we have been involved in this organization and have rallied a group to pass out food to military families. It is a fun way to give back to the community! We may not be able to be together at surf contests and monthly meetings, but OLSC has found a way to be productive and continue being involved in the Oceanside community. Very proud of my club!!!

Since July of this year, OLSC members have been volunteering at the monthly food drive for our Military Veteran’s and Active Duty families at the Veteran’s Association of North County in Oceanside. Here are two OLSC members, Doreen Daligcon and Angie Noche, directing the traffic so that the cars stop at the booths to get their goodies and proceed to the next one.
